Our Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy

1. Purchasers of new products are covered by their statutory rights and the manufacturer's guarantee.

2. Purchasers of preowned products receive, in addition to their statutory rights, a three month guarantee for parts and labour. Under this guarantee, goods have to be returned to us or to our repair agents for repair but we will pay the cost of returning them to the customer.

3. For the protection of our customers and for our own protection, goods purchased with a credit card can only be sent to the card holders address.

4. With the exception of any deposit which the customer wishes to pay, money will only be deducted from a customer's credit card immediately prior to the despatch of the goods.

5. Other than any validation that may be required of us by the credit card companies, no personal information relating to any customer will be disclosed by Heatherdale Audio Ltd to any third party without the express permission of that customer.

6. No marketing material will be sent to a customer unless they have requested it.
